Hayley Orrantia (born in the year 1996) is an American performer, actress and songwriter. One of her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," a comedy TV show. However, she's primarily a music lover. Since she was 9 years of age, she was playing around with music. After she turned 12 years old, music became seriously enough to warrant professional training. In the age of 13, she began creating songs. Her debut album in the age of 14. It hasn't turned to the past since. Orrantia has been born in the USA however she has Hispanic origins. Though she's never spoke Spanish in Mexico, she still feels very proud about her Hispanic culture. She tries to keep it alive by studying Spanish as well as writing songs using the language. One such song is 'Hasta Verte,' which was recorded by her in Spanish. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor in 2011. Her YouTube video was selected and she received four "yeses" which is a vote for the judges during The Seattle audition. She was originally a solo performer, but following "Hollywood Week" and three other female performers were placed in a group to continue the auditions. They were eliminated during the fifth week of the live performance.
