Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 when she resigned from her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. The Pro Card in the year following when she was 17. So she became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her undergraduate studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years following her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. At the end 2009 she had won more than four fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. The most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October of 2015, she made a return through her IFBB Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th spot in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have placed 6th in the Fitness division despite not having any expectations. Ariel had to compete against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique year after year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is her favorite to do bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. The majority of the time she warms up then moves on to the working sets. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as can be. She combines all of her exercises back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she is known for.
